Since around Thanksgiving last year, Sylvia and me had the brilliant idea, that we could take turns every Friday when I get off from work and spoil each other with delicious food that we have never cooked before and finish the week with stitching. We call that our "guinea pig stitching". Yesterday, Sylvia surprised me with this gourmet dish. First she served coffee with "Mixed Berry Pavlova".
For dinner, she also did one of her mouth-watering salads.
